We will soon be in the process of moving into our new Baybrook home and we wanted to express to you what an absolute pleasure building this house with your team has been. We've built two houses prior to this, and after those experiences, seriously considered never doing it again. What a mistake that would have been.

We have never dealt with any builder, or any type building contractor that was as professional and thoughtful as the Baybrook group that we dealt with. Heather, Mary Jean and Carla in the office were super, making the adjustments we needed to plans or placement of fixtures and handled our requests without batting an eye.

Steve and Joe were both as professional and quick to respond to building issues as we could possibly hope. They both did absolutely everything we asked, promptly corrected every issue as it arose, and fixed every piece of sub-par subcontractor work as good or often to a better standard than we would have required.

We will be happy to refer any business your way that we are able, and probably have already done so, as we expect that Rich and Carry Sermak, who we sent to see Noel, will be building a Baybrook home on their acreage near ours in the very near future.

As we closed on our house today, Gail and I talked about how pleased we were with the entire building process that you provided for us. We are sure that our new home will bring us comfort and enjoyment for many years to come thanks to all of you.

When we began looking for a move to a more permanent residence in Orlando, we resisted the thought of building because of experiences we had previously with four other homes in other localities. However, in touring your models at Sunset Lakes and talking with you, we were impressed with your approach in providing us maximum flexibility with clearly defined up front cost projections. With all costs including selected options clearly agreed upon in advance we were convinced there would be no surprises in the construction process and therefore we decided to move ahead with building.

We couldn t be happier with our dealing with each of you in the construction of our home. At each step of the way you held up your end of the bargain in every detail and kept us informed of everything that was going on at each phase of the project. When others would ask us how our project was coming along they were surprised to hear us say how pleased we were with the decision to build and that the project was even ahead of schedule & something unheard of in this day and time.

We also owe our appreciation to Noel, our salesman. Noel, from the very beginning we developed a good rapport with you due in great part due to the relaxed and courteous way you treated us. And finally, we appreciate your understanding on our frustration for the missing raised band at the niche during our final walk through inspection. My husband, Thomas Miranda, and I, Marisely Miranda, want to formally thank Baybrook Homes and in particular Noel for all his help and patience with us. We came to Noel back in March to look at your model home as we were doing with many other builders. My husband and I had a contract on our house so we were in need of finding a new home and were in the market looking for a builder that would built on our lot. Noel was the only person who called us back after we visited the model to see if we had any questions for if there was anything that he could do for us. I found that to be very impressive and personable. The follow up and personal service that we were getting from Noel made us feel special and appreciated for any business that we accepted from Baybrook. Noel knew that my husband and I were interested in buying property and building on it. Noel, along with your superintendent Bob, went out of their way to go to Wedgefield with us to look at some land before we actually purchased it because they didn t want us to get stuck with a bad piece of property and two mortgages. Noel would have been able to combine the two sales to be one mortgage payment. Mind you, we still hadn t signed any contracts with Baybrook; we were still shopping around for the best possible deal. That didn t seem to bother Noel and certainly didn t stop him because they didn t go just once, they went a couple of times. (Keeping in mind that Clermont & Wedgefield are a good 45 minutes to an hour away with traffic) My husband & I still weren t sure about whom to go with because we had a tight budget and wanted to achieve some goals within that budget. Noel sat down with us for several hours going over everything we wanted in the house & found a way to give us what we wanted in our new house with a budget we could live with. He was more than helpful & very patient with us. He treated us with the utmost respect and dignity. He called us on a weekly basis to find out the status on the selling of our home and was very patient through the entire process. I personally am very hard to please. I demand personal attention when I am spending good hard earned money on a big investment. Noel met and exceeded my expectations in everything he did for us. Unfortunately my husband & I couldn t sell our house for the price we needed to, so we had to call the whole thing off three months later. I am disappointed that I couldn t have completed my contract with Baybrook Homes but can assure you that I will give a good referral to all my family members & friends. I currently have a brother, sister, mother, and friend that are all looking in the possibility of purchasing some land & building on it and I have referred them all to you at Baybrook. I would also like to let you know that if we ever do sell our house for a decent price we will definitely go back to Baybrook for our new home. If you can judge an employer by the people he hires, you're to be commended. I'd never even owned a house prior to contracting Baybrook to build my home in Long Ridge, so I wasn't sure what to expect. But from the first meeting with Heather through the touch-ups with Joe, working with your group has been a pleasure. Heather's infectious enthusiasm helped overcome a lot of my anxiety about building-she even invited me to see her Emerald. I consider her more a friend than a builder's rep and am glad for the opportunity to get to know her. Mary Jean and Carla were always friendly, patient, and professional. Working with Karlyn was a Blast and Jon Golden at Palmer went above and beyond to help me choose and install (and operate) the right technology for my needs. The only bad thing about closing was that it meant I wouldn't be dealing wirh Judy ay Alliance anymore. She was wonderful.

Particular thanks go to Steve, Joe, and Noel. My friends said I was crazy not to dog Steve's footsteps through construction, but after meeting him, I was confident he'd do a good job and he didn't let me down. Even the guy who hung my blinds commented that I must have a good superintendent because he'd never seen windows so evenly constructed. I suffered a cancer recurrence just after closing at the end of January and wasn't able to move in until June, so I was late discovering some little things that needed to be corrected. Even so, Joe jumped right in, quickly taking care of almost everything himself and always making me laugh in the process.

Finally, there's Noel. This house was a huge investment for me, emotionally as well as financially. Noel had to do a lot of hand-holding and I'm sure it got tiresome, but he was kind enough to not let it show. When the Long Ridge Architectural Review Board went overboard making my life difficult, Noel's crazy sense of humor helped me put it all in perspective. Most important, when I got sick, he was very supportive of me and kind to my mom. The memory of that kindness will stay with me long after construction challenges and cantankerous homeowners are forgotten.

Building a house is supposed to be one of the most stressful experiences of your life, but your people made it a positive one. I'd build with these guys in a heartbeat.
